CORN MAZE

Part puzzle and part treasure hunt, our Corn Maze is 8 acres of twisty, turn-y fun—right in the middle of a working cornfield!  Each year, our Corn Maze pattern features our beloved mascot, Mazey the Cow. She’s been a surfer (Cowabunga!), a firefighter, a spider hunter, a monster (Cowzilla), a spacewalker, and a famous scientist. Will you be able to put the pieces together, and figure out just what Mazey’s gotten herself into this year?

Plan a Corn Maze Challenge, where teams compete to find their way out in the fastest time.  Our MooChoo Train is just for the little ones, but adults and kids alike will love the giant slide, hay jump, pedal carts, trike track and mini-barnyard. Need food? We’ll arrange for a delicious spread under our covered pavilions that the whole crowd will love. We can even plan a hayride to our pick-your-own pumpkin patch!

With its twists and turns, dead ends and unpredictable paths, our 8-acre Corn Maze is a great metaphor for life! Group leaders, scout masters and youth pastors have used the experience to emphasize important life lessons.

Divide your group into teams. Everyone will approach the Maze differently. Some will try to plan their route in advance, while others will opt for a more impulsive, trial-and-error method. As the kids go deeper into the maze, different gifts emerge as they pick up clues and map their way home.

With everyone safely through, young people talk about their challenges—in the maze, and in life—with remarkable insight. Who were the problem solvers? Who were the cheerleaders? Who led? Who followed?
